If you upgrade on an advertising website, you should
always take the lifetime membership option right?
Answer: It depends
Look, no doubt lifetime memberships have their appeal
because you don’t have to monitor your cash flow for
monthly obligations. But that can’t be the only benefit
you consider as an advertiser…..
Here’s why….
Sometimes, there can be nasty side-effects to lifetime
memberships. Here are the top 4 in our opinion:
1) Admin Cash Flow- Contrary to popular belief, there
are costs associated with running a website. If a site owner
doesn’t have residual income, they may not be able to keep it
running.
2) Flash And Crash Syndrome – Upfront large one-time
payments for membership encourage site owners to move
on once the cash flow stops. This is why you see so many
websites rise and fall in such a short period of time.
3) Disengaged Admin With Poor Support – Not always
but in most cases….. no cash flow equals little to no support.
4) Risky “All In” Investment – Investing all your money
upfront doesn’t give you the chance to evaluate the value
of a site before investing a lot of money.
5) I always evaluate the site first before upgrading. I join using the free
option, and check out the results I receive. I know, I know you will probably
lose a great deal if you don’t take it right now. A chance you might have
to take, but believe me the owners will probably open the deal up again.
Case in point all the Tim Tech traffic sites. They keep track when they last
opened the sites up for lifetime memberships.

We’ve had some interest in these types of promotional items and had some graphics prepared by another organization. Is it viable to use the same graphics? The graphics company was Concord Signs & Banners 3568 Kimball Way Concord, CA 94518 – 925-808-3817. I am not positive if the files will be in a format that you can make use of.
